I dislike that they don't have a zapier integration. I dislike that they charge a premium for an integration with external software.
This helps with the ease of doing business. It makes it super easy to be able to have customers be able to do an electronic signature, after meeting with them in person to present the quote.
I don't think it's the software that's a problem, but the admin error in setting up the templates. Sometimes the fields for initials etc aren't pulled in the exact place.
Ease of use for all of our user and signers. Integrates with our management system software which is great.
Additionally, because there is no integration with Zapier it's impossible to automate text notifications from our phone - you have to pay for Pro to enable texting.
Love the ease of use of this product for our customers to just be able to click for signature and submit.
When choosing to print directly to Formstack I can no longer log directly in to the site.

Formstack was my choice because when we went to highlight the signature areas, there were fewer steps than there were in DocuSign and SignNow. My agency decided to use Formstack Sign because there were fewer steps to go through before we sent it on to the customer to sign. And on a side note, we also use NowCerts and Formstack integrates with NowCerts. NowCerts will give you a discount on your Formstack Sign. Formstack Sign was easy to integrate into our agency management system and into our computer. Again, fewer steps, easy to attach files to and send on to the customer. Also, when I was training my employees on how to use Formstack Sign, it was very self-explanatory, easier steps to take them through. They picked it up in no time. As an agency owner and agent myself, I would highly recommend Formstack Sign to other agencies. It's easy to implement and the steps are much simpler.
