The form capabilities are varied and complex, and the storage of all of the data in a gsheet is a great help. Also its integration with docs makes it relatively easy to use.
No protection against accidental deletion the process in response manager.
Most of all, I liked the simplicity and clarity of the application.

I love how easy it is to set up the documents and how customizable the options are.
I had to go through multiple edits before publishing my document link for public use. Fonts and spacing for my logo proved tricky.

It is tough to work with formulas in tying them to the form.
