Wise Agent vs Propertybase Salesforce Edition: Which is a better fit?

This is a very user friendly software. But the best part is the excellent customer support that is provided.

Same with entering contact info. If you forget to click the little blue check because you're just trying to get on with it, you loose it.

I love this program and not I have improved my follow up with my clients. It is so worth the money.

My broker has my email account on lock down due to fraud and therefore non of my email conversations come over.

The customer service is amazing and fast. I appreciate their flexibility in working with me and my needs.

I have neglected my SOI because I find it too difficult to use the program.

Excellent CRM tool that can easily integrate with multiple platforms, is user friendly, and hands down has the best customer service available.

I also HATE that I cannot CLEAR a required date (such as a closing date - for a transaction that has cancelled) and instead I need to pick a date in the PAST, because it won't accept an empty field.

We are generally very happy with PropertyBase, it has helped our company become more efficient and better at record keeping. The Customer Support Team is the best asset to the program.

After a few days somebody on their end figured out that it was because they only mail to 10,000 addresses- unless you pay them another ridiculous bundle of money.

It is an extremely powerful, best in class CRM platform which you can then bolt on best in class for other needs. However, don't expect out of the box perfect functionality.

Unfortunately, the integration of properties and being able to communicate with clients about properties is terrible.

They are wonderful to work with and always incredibly helpful. This was a good decision for us.

They don't respect the contract but try to use it to bully people who are getting bad services and products into continuing to pay them.

I love the ease of sending drip campaigns and single campaigns. The ability to use hyperlinks is also extremely helpful.
