Ramp is easy to use and has great features that will be helpful to most companies. They are constantly upgrading to add value to their product and customer service, when needed has been great.
There are two features that Ramp doesn't have/offer and is frustrating at times.
Compared to other payment management systems, Ramp has been very easy to use. The ease of virtual cards, setting up recurring payments, and tracking everything through the app has been awesome.
Really can't think of anything that I dislike, at least with our company use case.
I love the reporting features and the ability to easily generate cards for employees or vendors. Breaking them down into how the money is spent is really nice.
We joined Ramp after a bunch of expenses were already on auto pay with our bank - so switching them over has take a little while. This is less on Ramp and more on the time we joined.
We love the cash back and partner benefits as well as the dashboard that displays our monthly spend in each of our departments. Integration with Sage Intacct was super easy and intuitive.
I had been dreaming of the product exactly as this for years. It typical but a shame the banks themselves didn't create this.
The think I like most about Traction is the ease of use. It operates very similarly to QuickBooks Online, but has functionality that is more appropriate for the farming industry.
Features are still coming into it which can make it difficult sometimes to get the results we need currently.
The customer service is amazing, and the online chat is helpful. The cloud based program is useful for different people to access it from different computers and devices.
Since this software is new, it is missing some features but new releases are coming quickly which will get this software to where it needs to be.
And the team at traction ag is fantastic at helping and problem solving. I let my accountants look at my information and they were very pleased and that makes me happy.
Initially had difficulty getting bank account to sync. Traction support solved the problem quickly.
Overall, I am very pleased with traction, and I am excited to see how this software package evolves.
My only concern is it being cloud-based. Our internet doesn’t always work well & can’t access account when that happens.
Heather: Hi, I'm Heather. I'm the executive assistant at Boys and Girls Country, and I give Ramp a five out of five. Prior to Ramp, we were using Amex Business and issues we were having were being able to download receipts in a timely manner and match that up online. And we chose Ramp just because of it's very user-friendly. It's versatility. You're able to give virtual cards to anyone at any time. You can cut those cards off at any time you need to. The ability to download receipts is extremely quick and we love also the fact that it downloads Amazon receipts automatically. Getting started with Ramp was really easy. Basically we just had to roll it out to the employees. We just basically told them about it at a staff meeting and we were slowly able to actually, I should say, quickly able to start using it. I was one of the first to start using it just to give it a trial run. Very easy for me. Extremely user-friendly. Very happy with it. And all of the employees seem to so far be very happy with it. If there's anyone that's thinking about getting Ramp, I would absolutely say do it. To this date, I have not found any negative drawbacks from using this. I especially love the fact that you can download receipts at any time, at any point. It accepts them quickly. It's very easy to use even when you go online to their app. I have not found a single thing, a negative thing about Ramp.
