The integration with outlook and the ease of being able to continually and seamlessly keep the database updated is worth iots weight in gold.
The screens are not as intuitive and there seems to be a decent learning curve. There are several clicks and drop boxes to fill out and less customization of screens.
It is super smart, and I love that it gives me the option to review changes before accepting them. Can't speak highly enough about this app.
How many times has a wrong email address, cost you time and made you look unprofessional. Evercontact, fixes this in a way that does not require some complicated setup.
It's wonderful having contacts automatically added to my contact list so I nearly always know who is calling. People are regularly amazed that I answer knowing who is calling.
Constant updating of my contact list. It can be a little confusing when you have multiple email addresses when you are initially setting up your account.
