The lack of customization on the dashboard ui is a small complaint I have.
Which was super simple to implement. We are in the process of implementing asset management, which has caused some issues that were easily resolved by customer support.
I wasted time finding the data I wanted and maintaining all the docker containers, servers, web subscriptions, etc. As a one-man shop, I need to maximize my time and automate everything possible.
The are always very nice, helpful and seem to enjoy what they do. They are very interest in feedback and the Open Office Hours are awesome.

Co continues to provide useful updates to the platform. While the desktop version is more robust, the app is fantastic for quick usage and is extremely efficient.
Inability to clone an invoice that you have already used. Inability to set a rate based on a client in the client set up stage.
The Costumer Support is amazing, with replies coming in a few minutes to a few hours and the CO's are eager to send the developers good suggestions that may arise.

We just need to sign up with our Google account and we are almost immediately set up and running. Integrates together with PayPal, or we can make any payment mode with credit cards, so that was really easy in terms of just an implementation approach. There isn't really any hard obstacles along the way to check out any vendors or any service provider. All we need to do is to start chatting with them, ask them for the portfolio, just to get things going. So Fiverr Workplace is really easy to use, it's self explanatory, there isn't really much of a learning curve. For anyone who is considering Fiverr Workplace, definitely do give a platform a look before jumping into it, or creating account. There's a VIP option as well, just do read through in terms of what that looks like, and effectively if you're using lots of freelancing services, that is definitely a platform for you to go to.
