Vestd vs Rundit: Which is a better fit?

I get to do what I enjoy most - helping the clients design their schemes and spending more of my paid-time on what interests the client rather than what is interesting to lawyers.

Confusing paperwork and lots of uploads to do.

In particular was great in helping us understand how to use Vestd and the onboarding process was great. The only company we saw with a direct integration to Companies House.

Reporting to HMRC and the steps required are not intuitive and because they aren't done frequently are hard to remember.

The onboarding with fantastic customer service - caring, attentive, supportive, understanding, going at my pace, and educating all the way.

Where friction is felt is often due to government bureaucracy rather than a limitation of the software itself.

Great service, great people - [sensitive content hidden] was a great help, easy to use platform, saved me a packet on legal fees.

I think the product has a hard job to make complex products, especially because of regulatory requirements, accessible.

The support team is amazing and the product team takes the time to understand client needs and how they can improve the product.

Sometimes numbers disappear that have been put in manually but appear when I've refreshed the page, or there is a bit of a lag when logging on, switching between pages.

The most important feature in my opinion is the KPIs table, it's what I use most of the time on Rundit, I like it.

Low level of dashboard customization, lack of possibility to co-manage portfolio companies profiles.

It is okey, way better than Excel and seems to have great potential.

It's hard to incentivise portfolio companies to use it.

Gives better reliability of the numbers of the portfolio companies.

It is still hard to get companies to use this platform.
