The automated processes, there were just a lot of points that could break down and fail and cause us more trouble than the time we were investing. SimplyDocs gave us a all-in-one solution. It allowed us to create the forms and the templates, and just have it as one seamless application instead of having multiple applications that we had to work with or do the manual process that we were doing previously. Integrating into SimplyDocs couldn't have been easier. It took about 30 minutes for us to get familiarized with the layout of the software. It's very intuitive and great documentation and excellent tech support. We did have a few questions and they were very responsive and addressed our issues almost immediately. SimplyDocs is perfect for anyone who's doing repetitive tasks with documents and forms, so contracts, estimates, tax forms, things of those nature, just really will simplify your workflow, automate it as well. Can't say enough good about how well it solves that problem.
