The templates are sometimes difficult to format correctly and there is no way to apply pagination explicitly to the finished documents.

We were doing a lot of our document creation manually, either through a word processor or an online word processor, or trying to use a tool such as Zapier or If This Then That to try to connect our input forms to our documents, and there were just a lot of areas for failure with those processes. The manual process, obviously it just took a lot of time to do. The automated processes, there were just a lot of points that could break down and fail and cause us more trouble than the time we were investing. SimplyDocs gave us a all-in-one solution. It allowed us to create the forms and the templates, and just have it as one seamless application instead of having multiple applications that we had to work with or do the manual process that we were doing previously. Integrating into SimplyDocs couldn't have been easier. It took about 30 minutes for us to get familiarized with the layout of the software. It's very intuitive and great documentation and excellent tech support. We did have a few questions and they were very responsive and addressed our issues almost immediately. SimplyDocs is perfect for anyone who's doing repetitive tasks with documents and forms, so contracts, estimates, tax forms, things of those nature, just really will simplify your workflow, automate it as well. Can't say enough good about how well it solves that problem.

We started using cloud functionality, Google Workspace Docs, spreadsheets, etc. For those of you looking to integrate Google Workspace into your business, I highly recommend making sure that you're aware of how to integrate your website with Google Business and how that works to improve your business, as well as get reviews, etc.
