The ability to do some inventory work is limited, however our company charges products out and reorders differently than most customers.
The absolute BEST in customer Service my person is Annie and she is amazing very very good. Polite and fast and always right on.
That pics and text docs can't be saved in both the accident screen and the vehicle info screens. The attachments should reside in the database, not just the short cut.
Overall, we are very pleased with the benefits of the software and the experience with the Fleet Maintenance sales and customer service/technical support teams have been excellent.
I think the area that is hard to adapt to is the vehicle scheduled maintenance. I'm probably not setting my scheduled maintenance parameters correctly.
Overall the experience from estimate, trial period, purchase, and back-end support has been a pleasure (seems like a great company).
No options for Void or Credit options for Po's. Not being able to have a long PO automatically entered in to a WO.
I like that there can be great reports by the software if you put in great information that gets specific by category and subcategory's.
Additionally, the program itself can be a little tough to navigate. We have used the program for over 8 years and still to this date some of our sites struggle a little to utilize its full capacity.
They are constantly updating to make it better and it is user friendly to use. I am very impressed with Dude Solutions.
No app for iPhone or iPad, so its hard to use on the go.
I think the thing I appreciate the most is the software company's continued effort to make the product better and better. It has improved tremendously in the past five years in both breadth and depth.
At first, I found it a bit difficult to navigate throughout the system.

TheWorxHub is very easy to implement. The team that was assigned to us, from the TheWorxHub was very helpful in breaking down the entire project into small tasks that we could complete. And then doing weekly check ins, and how to turn a very large undertaking into very manageable tasks that we could process. And they were always available for support if we have questions. And they were always clear about outlining what they needed from us from week to week to get this achieved. I would recommend TheWorxHub. That's been a great fit for us, if you have multiple modalities to manage. Housekeeping facilities, medically [inaudible 00:02:13], it can all be combined. And each model is very functional at helping you manage those individual pieces. And it is also very cost effective [inaudible 00:02:25], software that is available.
