Live Help whenever I needed with quick response. Caresmart team was always following up making sure all of my concerns were resolved very friendly and polite.
Because there is so much room for customization, I found it overwhelming and difficult to determine which options would imperative and which were insignificant in the scheme of scheduling.
This is by far the best home health care system I have used and compared with others which are available. Best for the value of money period.
Only problem I had/have are the integration with clearing houses for billing.
I love that fact this software is user friendly and easy to navigate. The customer service staff are so helpful and fast with solving issues.

Unfortunately we have not been able to solve any of our existing problems with CareSmartz yet. We have actually taken on a few additional issues now that need solving on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.
I love the ease of use and I especially love the customer service. It is so refreshing as a busy professional to pick up the phone and get to speak to an actual live person.
Also, If you no longer have an employee make sure you delete them asap. If they're on GEO the following month you will be charged for them even if its just one day.

Geo is the only app we have ever used in our business as far as scheduling and other things that they offer. I have no plans on switching companies at this time.

There is nothing i dislike about GEOH. So far, my experience has been nothing but positive.
