Toro TMS vs GroundCloud: Which is a better fit?

Ease of use, tracking, invoiceing very easy, dispatching and tracking fantastic, customer service is out of this world, they work with you until you are satisfield.

The inability to automatically add late charges to invoices and push through driver settlements to QuickBooks.

The user friendliness is unmatched with all the demos we've done with other TMS software products. Pair that with the workflow simplicity it's been a huge improvement for our business.

At first we were discouraged by the cost of Toro. It was significantly more expensive than previous software we have used.

The crew that got us signed up with Toro were great to work with. We loved the sales and onboarding/education team.

I can't say there is anything that I am unhappy with.

Everything has been great so far. We switched from Protrans and this is much better software.

The dispatch screen is confusing and does not feel natural.

The integration has been solid. I love the ability to not only track location but delivery progress of my team or in the field.

Really nothing I can think of has a negative impact on the operation of my business.

I view them as a valuable partner in my business. The team is great and [sensitive content hidden] is a great leader who I feel has our best interest at heart.

Billing is a little confusing when you are new.

Of all the products on the market for P&D contractors, GroundCloud is hands down the best. The have the best products and great customer service.

Sometimes there is a delay with the GPS tracking data.

Overall great customer service and great features. The program really helps us run a good company.

When using the desktop version on safari, whenever you select something from the menu on the left, there is no option to go back.
