CloudM Automate vs Ansys Cloud Direct: Which is a better fit?

It has been a great experience, the company behind this app has great knowledge about Google's environment and API use to enable features that are helpful to speed up admin tasks and save time.

The speed of the migration is limited by thread, so it takes the same amount of time to move 1 user as it does to move 20, which is a little odd.

This tool has improved in the past year. The new layout the team did in the past 6 months has greatly improved the experience and I think will help partners like Onix sell it more.

Migration history randomly disappears from the portal and can't be retrieved - support confirmed this. Migration jobs can often fail frequently forcing the administrator to closely monitor the jobs.

The strong point of the solution is that it allows to solve a migration need with the big advantage in terms of time.

Possibly the worst support experience with any paid company that I've ever experienced.

The flexibility to use hosted or self-hosted solutions, which are both affordable and attractive, depending on the source requirments.

Licensing issue can be annoying, Customer Support delay since it is in UK can take few hours.

Ansys is a most powerful and easy program even if it's not that easy to learn but still giving a lot of excellent options and especially details.

Having to manage multiple version of the same file is a large pain.

Ansys Cloud is great for large simulation cases. For me a CFD case with millions of mesh elements would mostly benefit from this software.

It’s very hard to set up and link to your license.

Easy to use and super fast and available form anywhere specially when you work from home.

Solving FEA/CFD problems that we otherwise could not afford to.

Seamlessly integration into the workbench, make the adaption to use the cloud with workbench very easy.

Limited by the internet speed. Downloading the results is quite painfull.
