DocHub has empowered more than 83 million users to streamline document editing, signing, distribution and forms completion.
Individuals, small businesses, and organizations needing to work with PDF files like editing, converting, signing, and annotating.
I've been using DocHub for about 5-6 years, and it's been a fantastic experience. The platform is simple, easy to use, and offers great value, much like DocuSign but with better pricing.
Some PDF features and Font adjustments are annoying.
Affordable and has saved us so much paper. We pride ourselves on being environmentally friendly and doc hub has helped us accomplish that.
When I make a copy of an existing document and I try to add a new 'insert date', it blocks it and won't let me put the insert date on the exact area where there was a date inserted.
I love how intuitive and easy DocHub is to use. The ability to edit, sign and share documents quickly has streamlined our workflow, saving time for both myself and my team.
I use it daily when compiling my unemployment documents to send it.
Customer service is wonderful if you have any issues. Sending documents is seamless and dependable.
Working in a team and having to send large amounts of documents to be reviewed, filled out, and signed, DocHub has dramatically reduced time previously wasted and streamlined our processes.
PDF Pro's secret weapon is its ability to export to Word format, which is brilliant because it allows me to bring read-only PDFs into a dynamic text editing workflow.
It misbehaves from time to time when it refuses to do something.
Has all the capability of alternative programs at a substantial annual savings. I like the idea that I can pay for an annual subscription, rather than have to deal with monthly payments.
I think he UI can be a bit clunky at times, and I find the OCR to be a little bit hit and miss, especially when compared to some macOS alternatives.
Very useful and easy to get use to the software.
Maybe it has this ability, but the UI is such that I've missed it.
I would recommend it to anyone who has to produce PDF documents.
Misty: My name is Misty. I am an insurance agent, and I would rank DocHub as a five. For DocHub, I upload documents that I need clients to sign, forms, applications. We have templates sometimes that are already in there. We have agreement forms for our company. I prefer to send them through DocHub because I have a track of where they've opened it. I can see everything about it, where the document is. And then I have a copy. I can email them a copy and I can keep a copy in my files, plus I can just upload it to the company that needs it. Some of my favorite things about DocHub, it's very easy to use. It does keep everything right there on. I love the dashboard and being able to see when a client opens a document, if they're in the process or if of signing or they've just looked at it and they've left it be. I also like that after so long, it will send them an email reminder, "Hey, you haven't signed. You need to sign this document." One of the things I think DocHub could improve on is maybe uploading different doc, a whole bunch of documents together. Sometimes we need to send multiple documents to one client, if there was a way to send all the documents in one big file versus having to send four or five separate files to the client to sign.
