Easy to use, Shiftcare themselves have great communication and customer service skills, Answered all my questions and were able to help us effectively take off.
Billing feature is poor, causes time management to suffer. Support experience not consistent.
The ease of the scheduling system, and simplicity of the billing and invoicing and the helpful support staff at Shift Care.
Invoicing: I find it hard to use it since it often does not completely match the reality of what we need have to pay (to staff) or charge (to clients).
The great thing about ShiftCare is that it is easy to use, has a feature for progress notes and mileage which is required for us. It suits the business well and I would recommend it.
No I don't have a big dislike yet. Probably the fact you can drop and drag a file into the instructions for employees is frustrating.
The scheduler and level of detail able to be added to ShiftCare for both clients and staff is fantastic. Love the price book too.

That is has all of the functionality to document the care we provide, and support through documentation the care we provide. It is user friendly and efficient.
Due to staffing shortages it takes a bit longer to get a hold of customer service. I understand the staffing issues, but an hour wait is a long time.
Implementation is amazing - the dedicated team for implementing will ensure; the the software is set up exactly to what you need, and you are trained fully before you go-live.

Point of Care is a great feature for CNA documentation. Utilzing the dashboard to see real time the progress of documentation is key for leadership.
There are a lot of functions that we do not use, and sometimes the back-end set-up is difficult - but that should be expected on a complicated product.
Also, being able to troubleshoot without the help of technical support is amazing. The pulse community is extremely active (timely responses) and super friendly.
Workflow and layout are not user friendly. Aesthetically unpleasant for the eye.
