Designed for businesses of all sizes, a catering solution that helps with saving order history, scheduling deliveries, creating meal budgets, setting recurring orders, and more.
Square Point of Sale (POS) is used by more than 2 million small businesses every day! It is flexible enough to serve every kind of business, from retailers to bakeries and delis to hairdressers.
It has helped making ordering group meals seamless and the customer service is great. I like that they are constantly improving their software and ways to make it stand out.
The customer service is awful- there are always issues with delivery, it is overpriced and there are absurd amounts of fees applied at the end, something is always wrong with the order.
Love user friendly this app is. There are plenty of food options to order from and so far the service I have received is great.
The worst part of the software is the fact that their is not a ton of options. Due to other rival apps such as doordash or ubereats the restaurants are divided, and not all options are on doordash.
Grubhub is an amazing tool, allowing users to easily select from a huge variety of restaurants, all with complete menus, to craft a perfect meal to be picked up or delivered straight to your door.
The fees and delivery charges are sometimes a little outrageous.
What I like most basically about this software is the ease of use and the compatibility with most devices and the fast ability to get food from a facility to a person or meeting or wherever quickly.
The app however has more average layout and bit of a unclear navigation as to the distance or where your food is.
This is perfect for mobile on the go sales. The process is very simple and the customers love how easy it is to use.
They did start charging for additional card readers. If you had a poor or no internet connection charges could not be processes.
I love how easy it is to create items, track inventory, and that they recently lowered their transaction fees. We are a non-profit, so anywhere we can penny-pinch is a great benefit to us.
Most people will agree to the user-friendliness, however, the reviews speak a different story. Users complain a lot about bad support experience where.
I have had the best experiences with Square Point of Sale. Customer Service is amazing, and the help I have received when I needed help while in the process of helping a customer.
The fact that Square doesn't even make an effort to respond to all their negative feedback, which indicates that they acknowledge them all.
The best part is the analytics. Love how easy it is to customize the menu and make it easy to check people out.
It was a little confusing to get started because we were using a mobile device.
Michael: My name is Michael. I'm the president of a company. Today I'll be reviewing Square Point of Sale. I would give this software a three out of five. For more reviews, please click below. I started using Square Point of Sale, before that I was using paper, I was actually not using software and there had to be a better solution for cumbersome and non-sustainable use of paper. I chose Square Point of Sale because of the first price was that it was affordable to combine it with other services they have such as merchant services and also due to the scheduling, the convenience that it provided, being used in conjunction with the merchant services that they provided. Square Point of Sale was relatively easy to integrate into my business. Unfortunately, not all features that I learned with other software were available such as exporting data onto Excel. I recommend that with point of sale and with any other software that this is going to integrate and it's going to make your business run more efficiently and smoother. One reason that I really did like it is because it was very simple and basic to use. So for anyone that wants to get up and going immediately, this would be a good software to use.
