Veradigm Practice Management vs Practice Mate: Which is a better fit?

Our Reps are awesome, so responsive. I also like to be able to customize templates.

We are still in shock that they had/have the capability to prevent us from conducting business due to legitimate dispute even though we continued to pay them.

I don't have a single word to say anything good about it. May be the people from India who are on support team with this company are the best.

I hate how outdated it is. We are in a world where we are spoiled with technology, but Allscripts PM still looks like is stuck on Windows 98.

Loved the ability to attend annual meetings and sit with the support staff to answer questions or provide guidance.

Support is in India and there is no accountability for bad advise, the management is hard to deal with unless you email the CEO.

I have previously used IC charting with success and I consider myself comfortable with computer technology. Over the course of two weeks, Allscripts was implemented.

I have lost, in total, weeks of time not being able to access my EMR over the past several years. All lost revenue, not recoverable, not to mention the stress on the patients, doctors, and staff.

I've been very happy and will continue to use Practice Mate, the price is great and it's comprehensive. It connects to the clearing system, which is great.

However, once you give up on OfficeAlly and go with another EHR, the credit card people are rude and try to charge you a penalty for canceling your contract.

I also LOVE the customer service!!!! They are human and caring. I am very pleased with my experience overall with Practice Mate.

Getting charged for an excess of Claims for a particular insurance provider. The software isn't always smooth to operate.

Billing and accounting is accomplished quickly. Tech help is very helpful.

In the last several years, there have been more mistakes made by practice mate, claims that appear to have been submitted that were not.

I love the ease of scheduling appointments and checking clients in so that it can be easily and directly billed.

They have been a consistently great company. The only people I have seen or heard complain are those that tend to complain no matter what.
