Levitate vs Tarvent: Which is a better fit?

It is a great tool for building new clients and the automation features are a major plus. My concierge [sensitive content hidden] was amazing, polite, knowledgeable, and available.

I have received some negative feedback from clients who feel like my email content is "spam", but that is on me more than Levitate.

SENSITIVE CONTENT] is outstanding with his knowledge and help to make sure this is working for our business. He cares and easy to get ahold and work over Zoom, call or email.

Inability to set up email campaigns for other users as the administrator.

Levitate has been fantastic. Easy to use tools and features, but what I like best is the support I get on a regular basis from my product manager and anytime I need help.

If you have customers or prospects that have multiple employees or hire new people, it is a real pain entering employees for the customer.

Excellent - the product has helped us keep in contact with our client base, the email content is informative and fun, which our clients like.

I've set up more difficult apps for our firm before.

It's a very comprehensive tool and has a very good price compared to the competition, so it saved me money and has been doing what needs to be done well.

Lack of landing page templates (have to be built from scratch). And also sometimes onboarding needs more guidance.

It's great that you have so many design and setting options, and Tarvent is very smooth to use. The support is also very committed and competent and Tarvent is constantly being developed and improved.

There's no Shopify integration available as of now. But I know it's on their roadmap.

The app has so many awesome features (smooth-running automations with tons of options, campaigns packed with great details, etc.), and I couldn't be more satisfied.

The UI is hard to learn. They have a lot of references, but it still took me a whole day to learn.

This is an awesome software and a great opportunity for my business (especially for email marketing, along with other services I offer).
