Cyber Chief is ideal for cloud software/SaaS engineering teams who build great software, but have no in-house application security expertise. Increased cloud security, without the 6-figure cost.

They have various options to add workspaces for the environments like testing, staging, prod which helps me keep track of the security issues across environments. Their support team is amazing.
Can't think of anything that's wrong with this tool.
Cyber Chief is like all other good SaaS software. It works without having to do too much tinkering with options and it's easily understood.
Vulnerability scanning and penetration testing reporting.
It helps me keep my bosses happy because I can show them that vulnerability scans have been done and the issues have been patched.
Providing vulnerability reports for custom apps.
We got set up in less than 5 minutes and the Audacix team were really helpful. I can manage the vulnerabilities without having to share PDFs or CSVs with my team.
Vulnerability testing for gaming software solutions.
I love the speed of their servers, the simplicity of getting a WordPress website up and running. Their new site tools are amazing and much more intuitive than cPanel ever was.
Customer 'support' is terrible and virtually non-existent.
We have used SiteGround for over seven years and we are so impressed with their platform. Their user friendly dashboard gets better and better and their customer service has been superb.
The problem with Siteground is its price, which seems to be quite high for a beginner who just needs a small space to host a blog that does not have any traffic yet.
They are super quick to resolve any hosting issue and will even help with other issues. I have had many issues with my website, not hosting-related, that the support team has solved for me.
The most difficult part of integration was my fault.
SiteGround has one of the best customer support, they have a great ticket system allowing for keeping track of issues. They have a easy to use control like no other hosting platforms.
SiteGround is better than people say, but worse than it could be.
