A powerful tool with in so many aspects being a java developer i really got impressed the way tool was built and it is very inspiring.
The only issue that I faced was the connectivity issues. It kept saying service unavailable error and I had to stop/restart the server using putty.
In-built support for features like Captcha and Integration with Analytics Engines & Payment systems are very cool about the product. Overall, Innoveo is a very good package to use.

Features are more exciting and easy to use. UI is very understandable.
Business canvas UI is not too intuitive (may require the user to search around till you get used to the application a lot). In-built XSLT based PDF generation appears problematic at times.
The support team and our dedicated account manager are all available for anything, and their post go-live support gives us great confidence we are in great hands.
The search by clients name doesn't always work which can be a little frustrating at times.
