Dispatcher portal is very fast and automation is good, the new version of the courier app received a very good feedback from our guys.

I don't like that there are no notifications when an order enters the dispatcher but I was assured that this problem will be solved. I don't like that there is no mobile application for dispatching.

The team have been super helpful for us to mange the whole process of changing from existing system to their platform.

Simplified our logistics and payroll, cutting down the costs.

Very cost effective compared to other software 2. Very responsive team.

The software is complete and very well developed , but the most important and what we must value is the support given. The people around the platform are amazing and we feel like we are in same team.

Edits to existing jobs that were made in the desktop version didn't appear correctly. Customer service is horrible.

Quick responses from the Tookan team on product questions, Improved delivery success and experience, Improved communication with drivers, and the drivers love the app.

Tracking freeze sometimes and is hard to track the drivers they need to keep refreshing.

Plus, the customer service is outstanding. Always ready to help resolve issues or answer questions.

All negative reviews could be from the opposition.

We sincerely appreciate your efficient, gracious customer service, the level of detail and accountability you demonstrated on each project, and the way you conduct business as a whole.

Barely even works half the time. Today, the map feature stopped working.
