I was missing some visual cue about how far I was through the reference process. It said it would take 26 - 34 mins from memory, but it was shorter.
The team behind HiPeople is great to work with - we received competent consultancy from their inhouse-experts and the customer service was super responsive.
Some questions could be interpreted in tricky way.
Overall experience was great, i did not encounter any issues and the process was swift and easy.

Ease of using and set up , Good assessments results and help take good decisions for recruitment, talent development etc.
That being said, online assessments cannot serve as a replacement for face to face interviews, as it would lack many other aspects of evaluating the candidate.
It has been great so far and [sensitive content hidden] who is our pic has always been responsive.
Another pattern I found is that, candidates were upset about more rounds of interviews. Also try to keep the Mettl assessments not too long, max from 30 mins to 1 hour.
Overall concern is excellent, with this talent Assessment we easily finalize the candidates.
Mettl rep made no attempt to return my credits or extend my time. I was just cut off and told to pay more if I wanted to continue to use Mettl.
Over-all experience is very good. I like the support I got from the Mettl Technical Team during the setting up as they were able to guide me and adjust based on our needs.
Poor customer service as my account rep constantly changed. On day, without any notice, my credits (prepayments) were expired.
