Wide functional flexibility, good range of modules. On-line help has improved a lot, inside support when you make a connection is good.

Fixing a mistake is very cumbersome in this software, and there doesn't seem to be a quick fix for anything. We keep having to work outside of the software to solve issues to problems.

Stable product, good functionality, and good customer support. Workbenches are very helpful in allowing access to the information needed to run the business.

We are still struggling to get all of the information we need, in and out of the software.

We run it on the the cloud using Apple computers and have had good reliability which was a major concern for us. The Workbenches are very helpful to customize the experience for the users.

This has caused some issues where WorkWise support staff cannot answer questions. We eventually get there, just takes more time and can be frustrating.

We are very excited to master the DDX function as we strive to be paperless. The ability to export data to EXCEL is very important and much more user friendly than our last software package.

Negative: 1 Description is a set back with CONFIGURE Items. When a Configure Unit is returned we need to create a SKU.

As a result, we are comfortable moving our employees into the more modern system presented by this version and out of their comfort zone(s). M2M personnel have been helpful, for the most part.

Most of the issues with the product are caused by database errors which can be found and repaired with a few simple SQL queries that search for duplicate or missing primary keys.

The system is fairly customizable, has a good reporting system, and we have been happy with the system's functionality.

Worst yet, the accounting software that accompanies this program is not ideal.

The implementation team was very helpful, gracious, and patient while we worked through some new business processes. Everyone settled into their roles pretty well.

There are many problems with reports the system generates, particularly Accounting reports that we have had to create "work-around" processes in order to handle.

We were able to train on the M2M modules fairly quickly. M2M scalability is a great asset to us because of our growth.

At times, this has gotten us into trouble or slowed down our productive capacity.
