It's hard to navigate and create an acutal report for just broken brackets. Instead I have to run a report for codes then investigate each patient on that report.

When you open up the treatment card and you go to look at the images and then go back you have to use the drop down to open the treatment card again.

Closing the program causes a bunch of error messages to appear on screen that you must close individually or kill using the task manager. This happens 98% of the time you close the program.

Overall, there is very little that I have to complain about our software. Once in a while our server is on the slow side, but not sure if that has to do with our internet or the software itself.

This eventually causes a problem where support has to go to the DentiMax server and clean up "dead" connections.
I would recommend anyone to utilize this software for help their practice run effectively and efficiently to have a daily workflow ease.
I don't know if they were having an off day or not but if so they should not work that day because they can make the days of the people they talk to upset.
