Ecotrak Facility Management Software vs Xenia: Which is a better fit?

It is super nice to utilize the software on the go with the mobile app or even the desk top version.

How it set up is little confusing, and need to understand how it works. It takes time to set up.

I like the way the dashboards are set up, and I also appreciate the search features. Lastly, I appreciate the fact that I could do anything on my phone that I can do on my laptop.

For some users, it is difficult and a lot to process.

Overall I am happy with the software as a tool for managing our facility needs, and I appreciate that the team is open to listening to our specific needs.

Some of the options for PM modules are limited.

Sometimes Mom & Pop vendors have a difficult time learning (or wanting to learn) the system that is used for vendor managament.

It's been a great experience. We have been rolling out Xenia over the last couple of months and the team has been super responsive to it and it is another great tool and resource for us.

The way the agendas read can be a bit confusing, but once you get the hang of it it is simple.

Great product and easy to use backed by a great and responsive team.

There is not much that I don't like about this app. All of my concerns were answered and corrected.

Xenia is very user friendly and as an admin, I am able to track real time work orders and our maintenance team progress. Communication with our maintenance team has improved since using the program.

I can also tailor it to exactly what I need which creates a really bespoke user-experience for my team. Also everyone on the team has been super accessible to answer my questions when I have them.
