Clover serves small to mid-sized businesses, including but not limited to quick-service restaurants, full-service restaurants, boutique retailers, service business and those looking to accept payments
I love the fact that I can be at ease and have trust in them and the customer service is amazing.
I worry what happens if you loose your phone but I think it only works if your phone's unlocked.
The most amazing aspect of this software for transferring funds is that it can read every kind of QR code, even those from other applications like Paytm, which and then perform payments.
Sometime it crashes for no reason. It can be bit of a headache.
It's a quick and easy app that allows you to tap where available to pay. The best part of the app is the ability to add credit cards, loyalty cards, gift cards, and public transport cards.
Google pay sometime get stuck in transactions or errors, creating confusion.
User friendly interface, with reliable, secure and faster mean of doing transactions. Easy to send and receive payments with contact number.
Due to these problems which I have mentioned in cons. That's why I am deducting one star.
My overall experience with Clover is positive and it encourages me to shop more because the rewards are worth it.
So currently still have the units which have been used once. Customer support is beyond terrible in fact arguably the worst I have ever experienced in my life.
Clover is an excellent and good looking choice for a small to medium size business in need of a reliable and cost effective solution. You will be pleased as I have been.
We were being over charged by them and when we addressed the issue, they stopped depositing our transactions. Their effort to "fix" was disastrous.
Love the pricing, very competitive and affordable. Love all the features and ease of use.
HORRIBLE, once I onboarded my merchant who sold the thing to me has not been able to do a single thing for me and always tells me to talk to Clover support.
The mobile POS option is great and has made navigating the Pandemic and Curbside orders much easier. Another feature I and my customers love is the ability to check-in.
Very frustrating experience, customer service department has no idea what to do, managers say things and never do it.
Angela B.: Hi. My name is Angel, and I'm currently running a digital marketing business. It is just me, myself and I, and Google Pay, out of one to five, I would give it, I would say so far, a five rating. Before I started using Google Pay, I was using PayPal mostly, and that was more for my e-commerce business. But when I got into a little bit more selecting payments from people all over the place, Google Pay started to work a little bit better for that. Plus, I was able to store all my cards, anything I needed. If I'd forgot a card at home, I was good to go. Everything was right there at Google Pay, and I could just go ahead and just show my phone and pay and help it to work. I chose Google Pay, firstly, because I've had Gmail account forever and just started to build my platforms with them. I've got all of their different software in my computer, I store everything, my photos and all of that, and they've always been a secure company so far to me, and so I felt that I could trust them with my information, at least as much as we can. Getting started with Google Pay was fairly simple. At first, I had a little bit of issues finding exactly the page to get to, to find my wallet and to start inserting things. But after a few tries, it became second nature. For anybody with specifically an Android device, I would say that Google Pay is very similar to Apple Pay would be to an Apple or iOS device, so I would think that it would be the top choice for anybody to have on their phone for an e-wallet.
Sable a.: Hello, my name is Sable. I am a salon owner and I'm an independent salon owner of one currently and my rating for Clover is a three star. Prior to Clover, I had a manual system. So it was just me keeping my books and it wasn't working for me because I felt like I wanted to have an online presence and also have a little bit more organization in my business as I want to grow my company more and so Clover was able to help me to begin to systemate my company. I chose Clover because the device was small and compact for my small business space. I also liked the aesthetics of the device matching my decor. The other reason was also, again, because it was suggested to me and it met my needs as I was beginning my company. I also enjoyed Clover and chose it because the device was pretty simple and straightforward straight out the box and the support was actually really excellent. So at first, I guess because I was juggling getting started with Clover, out the package, the device was very easy to set up. The customer support was always there to answer any of my questions. I guess implementing it was where I just needed a little bit more support or help and I need to figure out how it worked for my business. But overall, the setup and getting it in place was very simple and straightforward. It was more like adding the products and inventory and things like that. That took a little bit more time because there is a slight learning curve, but I picked up on it pretty quick. I would recommend a business or salon owner or other companies look into the type of interface that you would like or what you really need your POS system to manage. Clover is kind of like your one-stop shop. So it does have a reward system. It's easy to develop your customer database and organize. You can also put your services or products or for restaurants, food items. So organization is very simple. The one thing I would say to consider is also the software. So how you can integrate maybe online or if you wanted to do more online things like booking or reservations or things like that, just look into what programs you really want to use because there is an app store that they have that you just want to be more familiar with prior to purchasing.
