Used to be memory and autofill pop up to select like it does in gmail/outlook after putting in ONE TIME! minor annoyance at worst.
Being able to track our vehicles is very important and also is a great option for our customers to see where the technicians are and when they should be arriving.
Disturbance alerts can get annoying when multiple people are getting in and out of vehicles.
Overall our experience is very good. It's rare that the software would go down and customer service reps are super helpful and informative.

The ability to update firmwares and config using batch updates and having realtime information about update progress is great.
I have not noticed anything that is a downside to this software.
This product has many easy to use functions. It has great reliability and support.
The updates keep making it worse than it was before.
The ability of scripting and allowing you to control all aspects of the software from Sleeping to Tracking Intervals allows you to create a near perfect product.
The biggest problem is many times the GPS goes off line and we only get old information which can make it very difficult to see what's happening with our entire fleet.
