The structure of the software is good and allows for good navigation. It has some standard features that are good.
As an administrator I always have problems when it comes to support and debugging problems presented in the application in which many of them are not documented properly.
I am happy with the product. I administer this product as well as another ERP and this one is substantially better in nearly every way.
Then refund process was excruciating, didnt refund money and had to follow up several times. Then you have to sign up with Pay for ACH which is worse.
The presentation and easy to create reports with very simple and guided quearys also The user interface is foolproof which is a great solution for the support and information department.
Sometimes can have JSON or Java Bridge errors. Sometimes one minor error can cause the whole system to freeze up.
Overall, our experience has been positive. I would recommend that companies ensure to include it in their RFP process.
Misleading advertising, said works with Mac doesn't really(yeah if I install it in parallel and buy a new subscription for all my other software in Microsoft parallel).
I love to present them with a problem, they then come up with the most amazing solutions. Each time we have an update the whole team cant wait to see it and use it.
With the current version we use there is some manipulation required with excel, which can cause mistakes.
The team at MPX are amazing, so helpful and professional.
Other than that, there's not a lot we don't like - if we do find something, MPX get it sorted.
