SurePayroll vs Thesaurus Payroll Manager: Which is a better fit?

The software is simple and easy to use, very affordable and any time that I have had questions, issues or needed help, they were very very good, knowledgeable and helped me through it.

I think that Sure Payroll screwed up and they gladly said they would do what was needed to get the money refunded. They FAILED to tell me that that service would cost $200.00.

The service department is very good and friendly, this has been a good alternative to writing payroll checks. They send in all the reports, etc.

They acknowledged that they were at fault, but failed to correct it. I became alerted to the issue when I started receiving tax notices - 4 months after their initial mistake was made.

Good mobile apps for employer and employees. The support staff are very nice and help so quick if you have any issue.

I don’t like being charged to cancel a payroll immediately after it is submitted.

I like the ease of use & reliability of knowing my payroll will be taken care of without question...as long as I do my part and input the hours worked by my employees in a timely manner.

No tax information, no employee information. No payroll information at all.

This software is easy to understand and easy to use. There is great consistent back up available and the webinars are very informative and helpful and keep us up to date with changes as they happen.

Cant seem to imput a net figure and let the software figure out what the gross should be. Other than that nothing.

Easy to use & great value for money. The help section is great and so easy to navigate.

Nothing that I can think of. I have not come across any issue that was not resolvable by the team at Thesaurus.

It's so easy to use, the reporting is fantastic, we utilise the weekly "View PAYE, USC and PRSI workings" to inform staff of their deductions.

There is very little I don't like about Thesaurus Payroll.
