Loading time is more than a bit annoying, it's the main issue for me.
They are perfectly well organized and intuitive, so working with the tool is not time consuming, it is simply pleasant. I would recommend the tool to anyone from the IT industry.
It's hard for me to point out what I don't like about Primetrick.
In addition, the processes included in Primetric are also really good. Time tracking is amazing; it takes just a few clicks.
It took me a long time to figure out how to properly settle tasks. I still made mistakes though, and when that happened I was forced to remove the project and start again.
Primetric stands out for its speed, clarity of data presentation. I also like the profile module, which allows to describe the skills of employees in great detail.
It may look a bit difficult for people who do not have an in-depth understanding of the features. Still, it is a matter of getting used to the tool's interface.
Overall, our experience has been very good and we have multiple teams across the company that use it in different capacities, which is a great benefit to using such a flexible platform.
Even as a digital native, I've had difficulty navigating between different projects, and I am still confused as to why tasks are split between a landing page and a separate message board.
We were satisfied and up untill now are happy to have such an easy in-use and simple tool. Special thanks to a Support Team that is promptly reacting to any of our requests.
The guest user interface is not very intuitive to use. It's also frustrating that guest users can't track their hours when assigned to a task.
It greatly improves our ability to see the health of every project on the floor from any office. EP's commitment to helping and listening to their customers has also been a great asset.
Aside from that, there was also this option for communication wherein you can leave feedback or comments so employees can see them.
User Interface has a lot of nice quality of life features, the different views for the projects (i.e. kanban/gantt), reporting features are nice for our managers, and the time allocation.
You cannot easily print a time line w/details. There are many situations at our company when we need to print a timeline and to my knowledge this cannot be done.
