Risk Ledger vs Graphite Connect: Which is a better fit?

The ease of use - the clarity of the dashboard and how simple it is to set all the policies. This is such a great way to be able to quickly identify areas and criticality.

Not much flexibility to alter the questions, no tailor-made features.

The dashboard and the team behind the product are superb. All questions are answered quickly and any issues flagged are quickly looked into.

Their responses then are automatically entered into Risk Ledger.

The platform is very intuitive to use, with the support of their fantastic customer care team its easy to get the most from Risk Ledger.

Before we selected Risk Ledger, we had reviewed numerous companies' who provided software and applications to help us with our overall risk and compliance.

I've found the follow up support from customer care to be far above and beyond suppliers I have worked with in previous roles, great people to work with.

I love graphite, we have renewed our contract with them which is the best sign of the value we see and obtain from their solution.

When a vendor is already on the Graphite network, we struggle to add a new contact to fill out our questionnaire.

Graphite offered the perfect solution(s) for our needs. The implementation was fairly painless and the ongoing support is one of the best I’ve experienced.

They’re fairly new on the block, so it was a risk we were willing to take by going with them.

It's a highly customizable system with a great API for web service integrations. I also like the ongoing relationship between the implementation team and the business.

Moreover, the reporting functionality is practically non-existent unless you're content with data dumps, making maintenance a daunting task.

Once you get used to it, you will be fine, but before that you can struggle a little bit to find the correct action. Example: how to see the history of changes in each field, or the message tool.
