One of the great functions is reporting system that allows you to customize your reports for both internal, and external use. All in all great app, simple, safe and easy to use.
The flexibility of the software is limited in addressing some of our specific needs however there is no other software we can compare it to. The limitation of customizability has been our main issue.
David: My name is David. I'm the senior pastor of the church. And we would give TimeClock Plus a five. Our church has about 20 or 25 employees that punch a time clock. And we literally switched from a manual time clock to a software that... We needed a software that would do the job and TimeClock Plus was head and shoulders above everything that we looked at. TimeClock Plus is easy for our hourly employees to use. It gives great reports. It manages our PTO and those kinds of absences, sick days, those kinds of things. It does it pretty flawlessly and it produces reports that make it very easy for us to process payroll. That's why we went with TimeClock Plus. It did it better than anyone else we saw. The integration of TimeClock Plus was relatively simple. We were able to take our employee database and import it into TimeClock Plus, and it generated an employee number for each employee that punches a clock. We were able to just to give that number to the employee. Now, instead of punching a literal timecard, they go by one of several computers we have set up, input a number. Not only will it record their login and logout, but it'll give them statistics on what they're doing on PTO earned, on all of those things that we have to track from an HR standpoint. It's just been a very useful tool for us and for our employees. We began our journey with TimeClock Plus on a local computer, and then we've moved it online. And my biggest recommendation, if you're looking for a digital time clock, if you're looking for a databasing time clock software, you've got to consider TimeClock Plus. Look at their reports. Look at the things that they do. It's not rocket science. It's very simple and very much an intuitive software. And you will not regret giving TimeClock Plus a try.
Ankur: Hi, my name is Ankur. I'm a enterprise architect for a product SaaS company with a thousand people, and we have been using Jibble for a while. I would rate it five out of five. Prior to Jibble, we were trying to do this a couple different ways. We tried Excel sheets, we tried some email-based mechanisms as well as something, a different vendor with similar functionality, but we always were having to do either manual work in order to reconcile stuff, or it was a cost-ineffective way with some of the other vendors that we tried. I think Jibble is more than just pure playtime tracking. Not only does it have a very easy-to-use interface, but also, some of the employee productivity analysis or some of the billing features or the streamlined payroll-centralized features that it has, it really helps to have processes in and around the time tracking, and that complete package was very appealing for us. Jibble really makes it very, very easy to start. It's like point-and-click, very, very easy. Anybody in this day and age who can use smartphone can get started with Jibble. It has multiple interfaces for web or for phone. They really also come out and provide the initial help. You can reach them through chat or you can reply back to their initial email. It was very, very easy to start and get it set up. I think, in terms of advice, I think Jibble is a no-brainer if you are looking to do the time tracking, but also supplement the time tracking with some of the other features around, say, billing, invoicing, or payroll or anything like that. It's just Jibble makes it all very, very easy.
