PRTG vs Syncro: Which is a better fit?

Selecting multiple objects is a bit awkward and not intuitive. Some sensors are buggy and we have stopped using them.

It is available in the platform and it is also very tidy and the use is really wonderful. I salute you for the wonderful idea that always makes us happy with challenges and distinction.

Bit of limitation have to purchase license based on amount of node that need to be monitored. Cant no monitor VOIP traffic.

Reliability, this is the software for telling me what is happening over the network, so it must need to very accurate and reliable that i can trust on and react to it.

It can be overwhelming at the moment of setting up the sensors for the first time and as a new user looking for the correct links can be hard if they are not properly identified.

Excellent user interface (especially the web interface). Agentless monitoring capabilities make it perfect for impromptu network troubleshooting.

The interface was a little weird to understand at first. However, I had to find how to add users and groups for alerts.

We have been pleased with the performance of Syncro and overjoyed with the savings of nearly 65% over our previous software.

The lack of customization on the dashboard ui is a small complaint I have.

Which was super simple to implement. We are in the process of implementing asset management, which has caused some issues that were easily resolved by customer support.

I wasted time finding the data I wanted and maintaining all the docker containers, servers, web subscriptions, etc. As a one-man shop, I need to maximize my time and automate everything possible.

The are always very nice, helpful and seem to enjoy what they do. They are very interest in feedback and the Open Office Hours are awesome.

I still use a couple of those other tools but in a much more limited and non-critical capacity.

Love the software it work wonderfully and does what we need it to and they get some extra points for adding holiday lights to the service during Christmas time.

Billing system is complicated. Price is too high for the limited features I use.
