ChiroHD vs ChiroUp: Which is a better fit?

I love how user friendly it is. Its really easy to handle patient info and I love that paperwork can easily be accessed.

On the most basic levels, this software is a failure. I was unable to bill for nearly 3 MONTHS.

The support and care about how the product works for our office is like no other company. They are quick to respond to anything I have and love feedback to constantly improve their product/services.

I am someone who asks many questions, and have had some really negative experiences with the chat features on other platforms. With ChirHD, this is not the case.

The messaging feature is nice so I can talk to [SENSITIVE CONTENT] while he is with other patients. I love [SENSITIVE CONTENT] in Customer Service she is always so helpful and kind.

I have Mac desktops at the front of the office but in the adjusting area have Dells and the Dells will constantly freeze and time out from the software which is a slight inconvenience.

I love how it is always developing and getting better. It's very intuitive and user friendly software.

There are the occasional glitches, it's been happening more frequently since the software updates. Software can lag a bit longer than usual.

It been a great experience that has bettered our practice for sure. From patient/doctor communication to education, its top quality.

Still have trouble with putting in patients in a quick and timely manner.

I also really love the summary of relevant research articles. It is so hard to keep up on that so having so many good studies there is super helpful.

Once they try the exercises at home, on a follow up visit they can let me know which exercises/stretches were difficult or need to be modified.

I like the simplicity of the product. You can effectively and efficiently get important information to the patient.

My only beef is sending info email only, need text capability. Would like more options to send pts all intake forms, Hx , Ins, initial outcome ass.
