LoanBoss vs Prophia: Which is a better fit?

I like the product and I like the people. They are super accessible and responsive.

Any features that may be missing, the team will work with you to integrate.

Very happy with the team and glad we finally decided to pull the trigger on this platform.

The site is easy to navigate and it's great having the ability to pull up loan docs directly from LoanBoss to dive into more details if needed.

Hard to think of any negatives - each piece of feedback that we've provided to LoanBoss has been taken into consideration and implemented within the software shortly thereafter.

He technology isnt "perfect" enough to not have this. Theres a bunch of bad data in there that I don't have time to fi9x because of the above problem.

Stacking plan, we have 2 different towers in one portfolio and it looks very confusing.

Prophia has been a lifesaver. We are a small CRE team with a proportionally large portfolio.

Bulk downloads of lease data was not something that could be done in the earlier versions, and they have not corrected this. As such, there are no real issues that I have with the software any longer.
