Third-party insurance compliance is a task that crosses industries. Anyone who hires outside help usually has to secure proof of compliant insurance, and that process is paper-based and error-prone.
Technical Support was the best thing that I liked about Userway. Their efficiency and attitude to solve the issues reported are much appreciated.
Apart from that, I did not find any technical shortcomings. There is a problem of cost, customers are not willing to pay the cost of the paid tool.
