Fantastic support team from CM3 has been enormously helpful.
The information we provide is exactly the same, the client is often the same, but we get charged the same amount each time. There is no transparency regarding the risk profile or fee structure.
I particularly like the safety management program we're able to implement and record that all contractors have read and agreed to our terms and conditions.
Occasionally there is a disconnect between the client and CM3 regarding what type of "membership" we can sign up to. As a supplier we stuck in the middle.
I like that CM3 take control over what are the basic requirements. Of what is required to keep our contractors safe.
The least redeeming feature of this product is that at various times, updates are not shown, and little hiccups and mix up in variables with ABNs have occurred which has been frustrating at times.
The overall experience with CM3 has been positive. We have managed to migrate 97% of our contractors over to CM3 and worked through the experience and process with them.
Sometimes the search functionality is a little confusing.
Ease of use, ability to upload subcontracts and easily assess progress claims.
Having to explain to subbies and the project team that there is a cost chargeable to subcontractors - that is always an awkward conversation to have.
They print out with one specific Principal which we would like to have corrected in due course. Overall have high satisfaction on meeting the requirements for an efficient approval management system.
Shame it only utilises payments and not more contract admin.
Payapps have made managing the paperwork easy, customer service is also awesome.
I have had issues changing the Claimant Email address in the past which can become frustrating. I also believe a detailed summary of exactly where the Subcontract 100% claimed is at.
An elegant solution to addressing SOPA required Payment claims and Payment schedules.
Couldn't fetch the details some time of traffic. I experienced server down problem also.
