Our overall experience has been excellent. A bullet-proof product, great customer service, and an efficient solution give us a tactical advantage over our competition.
The only negative comment I have is when I do not have access to the software due to issues outside of the actual software, for example-no internet.

Certain options aren't available to all but are still on the screens so it gets confusing as to why those are there if we can't do anything with them.

Until bringing on a full time trainer, there was no formal training for new users or those who wanted to maximize the functions of the system.

The recruiting feature with indeed and the short answer. I like that it gives me an idea of who they are and what position would be the best fit for them at my company before I talk with them.

Easy to use and provides useful information. Been nice watching them grow and expand their offerings to include things like job-posting and video interview.
I cannot create multiple posting in specific areas of my state and I get too many out of state candidates.
Everything is great and when I needed help I could get it from a friendly rep.
I didnt find the right candidate unfortunately but I am picky.
