The ease of use, to the point navigation, and ability to automate email blasts for expired certificates are some of my favorite features.
Not sure, but emails from PINS requesting insurance may go to spam.
The company was very helpful and responsive, both during the set-up process and any follow up questions I have had.
Theres no way of typing expiration dates manually for COI's and tracking those.
