Sometimes the actual carrier charge is more than quoted and they do not alert you that you have been charged the difference.
Being able to access postage at any time is great and being able to schedule pick up is awesome. I don’t have to leave the house which means more time to focus on other important tasks.
Sometimes I get charged a lot for adjustments and don't get enough information, if I know why I'm being charged I can avoid it next time.
I think the best feature is that it's very clear how to proceed and where to find what I need. Also the website's UI and UX is great.
