It's got a much more user-friendly interface to work with, a wide variety of reports to run and present; and ability to share information with others so they can maximize the data.

This is a really great tool for smaller scale social teams that do not need super detailed reporting metrics. I loved the calendar view and being able to create and report on campaigns.
We would like to know if the followers we have are real or just bot accounts, or even more so, fake accounts, entirely.

It is a lot to learn and it may be difficult for some people to fully understand the entire services they deliver -- Going through training webinars is most likely needed.
