The best part of NextGen is the ability to customize the templates and documents. With some knowledge of SQL and Crystal Reports, we can get meaningful and actionable reports.
For Self-Pay issues, there is no way for errors to be caught.

Ordering procedures is dreadfully and painfully slow and awkward. The patient portal seems meaningless.
