She is great at helping you understand what happened and why along with exceptional instructions on how to fix the issue in the future. We couldn't have asked for a better teacher or support.
No how to on every function possible. I should not have to call Radley to be able to be (walked through to get it) because no instruction book available.
All the people I have worked with have been great and friendly. Very responsive and easy to work with.
Generally working service - Trouble with changes.
Radley was able to ease our concern about integration with our ERP system (Infor CSI/SyteLine). The flexibility that it offers and how wonderful the consultant was/is.
Loosening up restrictions leads to mistakes, but shipping to OEMs like Honda and Nissan require some adjustments. Those adjustments opened us up to errors.
The software overall is intuitive to use. Reliability is a strength of Radley, as is the quality of service provided by the folks in customer support.
Transitioning over and not knowing the outcome was the stressful part.
I can drill into data and use sophisticated analytics tools, which have made me more informed and productive. Super flexible: It's been a scalable solution that has supported our growing business.
NOT user-friendly, the turnaround on tickets is horrible. There is no videos or forums where customers can go and see how other Epicor users are fixing there/workaround problems they are facing.
I like how you are able to customize things to the aspect of your company. The ability to make things unique to your own is a great feature.
It lack of controls, you have to customize in order to get more control of your process, the cost of customization it is very high, and the support you get for your maintenance fee is is very poor.
BPMs now allow excellent logic branching and very nice built in features such as email alerts. Publish & Subscribe dashboards are a great reporting option with drill down capability.
There are a number of programming errors that really are quite annoying and have never been fixed even though I know we have asked.
Good ability to customise screens and part configurator to aid our productivity improvement. Version 10 seems to have even more features.
There is always a problem with any update that happens.
