Send Social Media vs Oktopost: Which is a better fit?

I love how intuitive Send Social Media is. I've used other dashboards and they were really hard to get started with but this was so easy, thanks.

Horrible Customer Service. Their system crashed, lost 5 months of content we scheduled, and they only offered to compensate us for 1 month of their faulty software service.

Great social media marketing tool and very useful. Social media has been such a time saver finally i can schedule my post.

You may get stuck losing money from their dodgy automatic billing system.

Finally I can schedule my posts in advance and spend more time going out and selling my services. I love how you can also import all your contacts and use it as a fully functioning CRM.

I've disputed these transactions with the credit card provider and settled it that way because SSM is useless.

Send Social Media has saved me so much time and money. I've been able to replace 5 other resources and now all of my social networks are working together as one cohesive unit.

Worst service and they're still charging me after cancelling my account.

Really good packaging of offerings -- scheduling, analytics, advocacy, campaign management -- all great. Good value for the money.

The fact that Facebook and linkedIn have taken away the possibility to post in groups is a bummer.

Oktopost is a fantastic solution for achieving this. I recommend the product for social media managers who are looking to increase efficiency and receive real-time analytics on the posts.

Streams could use some refinement -- it's the one area I struggle to figure out.

This is a really great tool for smaller scale social teams that do not need super detailed reporting metrics. I loved the calendar view and being able to create and report on campaigns.

We would like to know if the followers we have are real or just bot accounts, or even more so, fake accounts, entirely.

Hopefully they have an IT team listening to and responding to feedback quick enough to build the platform even further. Thanks again guys for being so awesome x.
