The best part of NextGen is the ability to customize the templates and documents. With some knowledge of SQL and Crystal Reports, we can get meaningful and actionable reports.
For Self-Pay issues, there is no way for errors to be caught.

Worse than that the company was barely able to offer support and management, it was also arrogant and unresponsive. They seemed to know that they had you and that was it.

The are no more files to pull or lose. The system automatically bills for services as they are charted, so there are no lost charges.
