We use NetDocuments to organize our case files, and we also have it integrated with our accounting software, which is Soluno, and our Outlook system. I like that NetDocuments is easy to use, easy to train on, and it feels a lot more organized and simple for people to learn on and keep their practice working properly. The only thing that we don't love about NetDocuments is, we find the file transfer options pretty limited compared to other software, but ultimately, it isn't make-or-break for us.

And then, as we worked through that system, we started using the drive. We started using cloud functionality, Google Workspace Docs, spreadsheets, etc. For those of you looking to integrate Google Workspace into your business, I highly recommend making sure that you're aware of how to integrate your website with Google Business and how that works to improve your business, as well as get reviews, etc.
