CEIPAL ATS vs AssureHire: Which is a better fit?

Talenthire is a wonderful Applicant tracking system which I have been using since over 2 years and am more than happy to use it. The support team is courteous and has sound knowledge on the product.

Some what complicated with login unable to login continuously have to login again and again which is annoying some times.

Equipped with automated features, refined search capabilities, and seamless integrations, it increases productivity and helps pinpoint top candidates.

The software has bugs and sometimes we encounter errors, also there are some features that are hard to use.

I started using this ATS when I was with my previous employer and I'm glad that my current employer also uses Ceipal. Its very user friendly and their customer service is very quick & good.

Ceipal page stuck and buffering all the time during work. We have to delete all history and again have to start process from starting rest hard to get a relevant profile from our database.

Overall, our experience with CEIPAL ATS has been positive, and we would recommend it to other businesses looking for a reliable and comprehensive applicant tracking system.

The biggest business problem we solved was one click automatic migration of multiple resumes at a time from various jobboards.

Sensitive content hidden] is awesome. She was so helpful and made the choice very easy after interviewing other companies she had an excellent sales presentation and followed up the entire way.

SSA-89 Form, we do see some delays with this when running a background check & candidates are hesitant to open or unaware.

Quantiferon TB lab results takes weeks sometimes to get back. But, this may be a lab error and not assurehire.

The cost was similar to other systems but we're very happy with the level of customer support that they have offered, as well as the ease of using the system itself.

Please overhaul your authorization form, specifically, when it comes to candidates in the Fargo, ND area and finding collection facilities, they get an error message each time.

My customer service experience has always been really great with [sensitive content hidden] I also really appreciate how easy it is to use and how it integrates with our ATS.

We have had some difficulty implementing a new package for screening new hires, but the customer service team is working on it.
