The price is cheap, around $5 per month which is great considering the stable software suite and strong customer support for these products. The user interface is as good as the applications.

The advanced options of admin is great when implementation is needed across the entire organization. Good dashboard, great accessibility across various devices.
I hate how Microsoft is sucking money out of you and trapping you in their ecosystem and making you pay a subscription fee for it.
What I like best is the fact that it can be easily navigated and easy to understand. Makes doing work a bit more enjoyable as well due to the many features.
Some of the new features and processes are confusing and hard to understand. The system can often run slow and crash and be problematic.
What I like about Microsoft 365 is that it is great to store and keep important work documents in a safe place.
What is worse, even if you can temporarily solve these issues, they regularly reappear without reason or warning after Word's frequent software updates.
I like that it is from the Microsoft corporation so there is already a familiarity with things. You know that it will be great quality and a cut above the rest.
Publisher struggles with complicated layouts and autoformats things in such a way that it is often hard to predict how it will react to changes to the layout.

This program is okay only if your goal is to used it as an academic tool. But using it to make publications for a real life business is a BAD idea.
Pete S.: Hello, I am Peter. I am the owner of Two Paths Investment Partners. We are a family owned real estate business, operating multifamily properties in different states and I use Microsoft 365 and I would rate that a five in terms of my review. Before Microsoft's 365, I was just using some various ancillary products that weren't tied together. I couldn't cut and paste easily. I couldn't really produce professional type documents and when Microsoft 365 was available, not only I was able to connect on the internet and all my devices, but level of my work increased, the professional work. So it's indispensable at this point. I use 365 because it's really the gold standard on the market and it's one that when I make presentations or produce documents for other investors or partners or vendors or anyone like that, they really prefer to have it in that type of format. They can use that. It's easy to share, easy for them to read. So it's really a must have product. Yeah, it was really intuitive. It was really a sort of simple, intuitive process from the start. Getting on and learning and then having the online learning when I needed to find out how to do something, complete a task, improve my documents, it was easy to access through the 365 help Windows or on the internet as needed. So it's been really terrific without needing all kinds of third party IT support. You really can use it for my business. Being a small business, it's, again, fairly indispensable. Yeah, I would recommend 365 for anyone looking to take their business really to a professional level, as well as being able to utilize technology to lower their own costs. It really is sort of a partner in your business. So if you're doing certain tasks or using technology, you can use 365 really to kind of scale your business and grow with you. So it's really applicable for anyone in business or even in your personal life to use technology and able to free your time to do other things and complete tasks.
