Previous to Drift, we didn't have a chat tool for our customers. The reason that we went and looked for a chat tool is because we needed to communicate with them on our website, so it filled the communication gap between us and our customers. We chose Drift because of the quality of the product and the features that it offered. Also, the price, we felt like we got the best price to feature ratio compared to some of the competitors out there. Getting started with Drift was very easy. We felt that the integration with our website was pretty seamless. It was really easy to also set up the workflows, so the communication flow with the customer, and also integrate the chatbot solution. What I would tell people looking to use Drift is to really understand what type of features and questions you want to be able to get from your customer. And during the chat flow, there's only a certain amount of options you have at each node when you're talking to a customer. So you just really need to understand what kind of information you're trying to collect, and if that's a feature that's available on Drift.
