iVvy Venue Management vs Total Party Planner: Which is a better fit?

I like how straight forward everything is- and that you have access to links to help you through things. I also like having a direct contact I can talk to for help.

Had problems with the table allocation module.

All documents are customizable and can contain your won branding. Strong CRM management and good reporting.

Correcting spelling errors rather than just underline them in red.

Overall our experience has been good. We have had challenges with our Ops team and have tried to work with the system as best we can.

Has trouble pulling large amounts of data sometimes.

In 6 months time, it's been really wonderful to use. The training period was great (Bernadette) & very informative as had the ongoing support from our Client Success Manager (Matt).

It seems that once I input options for drop menu with the food, I cannot remove the options.

That was hugely important to us, and TPP was glad to help modify the report. To be fair, I cannot comment on a couple of features.

I goofed and sent out emails to the wrong clients. I was unable to correct and resend to the right clients and made mass confusion.

Everyone working within TPP is kind, knowledgeable & super helpful. If anything else, you will definitely appreciate their amazing customer service.

Trying to teach the utter chaos of our system was painful.

It is a lifesaver for our hectic industry and we cannot recommend it enough. On top of everything else, the customer service from TPP is rapid and helpful.

We should be able to delete an item from our menu but not have it affect a proposal. This is the most frustrating part about the software.

We look at them as partners that are key to our success and we appreciate that they understand how much we rely on their platform. Their service is fantastic and makes us truly feel valued.

I switched to TPP out of frustration with my current software.
