Within the windows there are more windows with little scroll bars everywhere and everything is cut off unless you enlarge the window and it just gets confusing and messy.

It is not intuitive at all. The buttons are in weird place and very small with tiny little icons.

I always appreciate the friendly, patient, & efficient support staff, they have an awesome product and an amazing staff to support it.

Creating your event details menu lines is also annoying. If you don't put them in exactly the order you want the first time dragging and moving them later is much harder than you would think.

Great value for money, superb customer service (they've gladly customised the program for me several times) and great product. I recommend the product and thee service highly.

This is especially frustrating when typing as I'm with a costumer and then have to start over and go over the same details again in order not to miss anything.

Easy to generate invoices and contracts, you can work online, it is very easy to learn how to use it, its design is very nice and it is a perfect tool to speed up the work.

It is a Little confusing to have to select the event everytime I select a tab (menu, BEO, etc).

Great program to work with, and amazing support whenever needed. Very easy program to learn and the program covers all the angles.

This leads to confusion and constant questions from customers. Also, the reporting is not ideal and sometimes hard to understand.
